The Text tab provides a convenient method to overlay characters on top of the images in the slide show. The following screen shot shows the characters "Two swans" overlaid on top of the first frame of the first slide show. The text is displayed as "White and Shadow" as shown below. We can choose different typeface, font, and size for the overlaid characters. This option is limited in the positioning and color definition of the characters.

DVD-Lab supports slide shows with audio accompaniment. This guide includes a 20-second audio clip "swan20.ac3" that we can use as the audio track of each slide show. We can add this audio clip to the slide show's audio track by simple drag-and-drop operation as shown below.
